Amaury Guichon is a Swiss-French pastry chef, food sculptor, and digital content creator best known for his unique pastry designs. He was born in France on March 15, 1991.
Amaury began his culinary journey at the age of fourteen when he trained at L'École Hôtelière Savoie Léman. He went on to study at Wolfsburg College, and soon after, he won the Apprentice Chocolate Showpiece Contest. In more recent years, Amaury has amassed a massive following on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, where his food sculpting content regularly goes viral and racks up billions of views.
