Peter Dundas is a fashion designer born on 19th December 1969 in Oslo, Norway. He is famous for being Roberto Cavalli’s chief designer between 2002 and 2005. His desire to be a fashion designer was sparked while studying at Parsons, the New School for Design. The never-ending drawing lessons inspired him to be a developer for female fashion, something he still does to date. He began his career at Comedie Française as an assistant costume designer. Between 1992 and 2000, he was Jean Paul Gaultier’s design assistant. In 2000, he moved to Christian Lacroix, where he designed beautiful patterns and colors.
Beginning in 2005, he took a two-year contract as the creative director at Emanuel Ungaro. He had a short stint with Dolce & Gabbana as a consultant before taking up the role of creative director at Revillon in 2008. He showed his first Revillon collection in February 2008.
