Ximena Sariñana Rivera is a Mexican musical artist and actress who began her acting career at eleven when she was cast in the telenovela Luz Clarita. She was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, on October 29, 1985. After starring in Luz Clarita, Ximena went on to act in the series Mari Isabel. She began her musical career in 2008 with the release of her debut album Mediocre. Her discography includes the hit singles Cobrade, Resistire, Una Vez Mas, Si Tu Te Vas, Respiro, and the album No todo lo puedes dar. Ximena starred in the Netflix series La Casa De Las Flores alongside Cecilia Suárez, Claudette Maillé, Dario Yazbek Bernal, and Juan Pablo Medina. She won a Silver Goddess Award from the Mexican Cinema Journalists for Best Supporting Actress, and her album Mediocre received a Grammy nomination for Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album.
