Todrick Hall, born on April 4, 1985, in Plainview, Texas, is an American singer, songwriter, actor, director, and a YouTube star. He first gained recognition, appearing in the ninth season of American Idol in 2009, singing a song that he had composed himself, after joining YouTube back in 2006, uploading cover songs. In 2013, he released a Christmas album, named Dear Santa. In May 2014, Todrick Hall has released a web series on his YouTube channel, called Pop Star High. The same year, MTV released a docuseries called Todrick. In 2016, Todrick Hall became one of the resident choreographers on RuPaul’s Drag Race. As a part of his music career, Todrick Hall has released three studio albums, including his Christmas album.
