Peach Pit Bio
Peach Pit is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based indie pop band. The band consists of Neil Smith (vocalist and rhythm guitarist), Christopher Vanderkooy (lead guitarist), Peter Wilton (bassist), and Mikey Pascuzzi (drummer).
They describe their music as "chewed bubblegum pop," while critics have referred to it as "sad pop" and "surf rock,". It is marked by a soft spoken vocal style and guitar-driven rock melodies.
Lester Lyons-Hookham, a videographer, is in charge of the band's music videos. During the "Being So Normal" album phase, the band wore the same clothing for every live performance after purchasing them for their first music video shoot.
