Munroe Bergdorf (born September 1987) is a model and activist from England. Bergdorf was named 'Changemaker of the Year' at the 2018 Cosmopolitan Awards and received an honorary doctor of philosophy from the University of Brighton in 2019. In 2019, she became an advocate for UN Women UK, supporting its #DrawALine campaign to end female genital mutilation (FGM). She has walked the runways for companies such as Gypsy Sport at both London and New York Fashion Weeks. Bergdorf was the first transsexual model for L'Oréal in the UK, but she was fired following a racial argument. She was hired as an LGBT adviser to the Labour Party in February 2018, but quit the following month. Bergdorf participated in the May 2018 Channel 4 program What Makes A Woman.
