Timothy Tarpeh Weah is a professional soccer player born on February 22, 2000, in Brooklyn, New York, USA. He spent his youth career at West Pines United, Blau-Weiss Gottschee, and New York Red Bulls. He began his senior career for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) B, scoring four goals in 15 appearances.
Although he was eligible to represent France, Jamaica, and Liberia at international competitions, Timothy chose the United States. He has represented the United States U15, U17, U20, and U23 teams. The winger won the 2019-20 CONCACAF Nations League, the first edition of the competition, with the US national team.
Timothy was part of the 2022 FIFA World Cup team. While at PSG, Timothy won the Ligue 1 twice and the Trophée des Champions once. In 2019, he won a Scottish Premiership and Scottish Cup double on loan at Celtic. He joined Lille in the 2020/21 season, winning another Ligue 1 title and Trophée des Champions.
