Jon Moxley Bio

Jonathan David Good, popularly known as Jon Moxley, Dean Ambrose, and The Death Rider, is a professional wrestler born on December 7, 1985 in Ohio, United States. He is most renowned for wrestling with World Wrestling Entertainment and All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Jon Moxley began his wrestling career in 2004 with the Heartland Wrestling Association (HWA). Since then, he has competed in various independent promotions including Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), Dragon Gate USA, and Evolve Wrestling.

In 2005, he won the H.W.A. Tag Team Championship twice. Between 2006 and 2007, he appeared thrice on World Wrestling Entertainment (W.W.E.) T.V. shows, “Heat” and “Velocity.” In 2010, he won the C.Z.W. Heavyweight Championship following two losses.

In 2011, he signed with WWE and performed under the ring name Dean Ambrose. He became a part of the popular faction "The Shield" alongside Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. During his time, he also held the WWE United States Championship, Intercontinental Championship, and WWE Championship. In 2019, he left WWE and started performing under his real name in AEW.
