Farah Brown, better known as Cocoa Brown, is an American actress, comedian, and writer best known for her work in television. She was born in Newport News, Virginia, United States, on October 9, 1972. Cocoa is best known for her work on the Tyler Perry drama series For Better or Worse which she starred in alongside Kent Faulcon, Crystle Stewart, Michael Jai White, and Tasha Smith. She has appeared in the TV series The Young and the Restless, Victorious, 2 Broke Girls, American Crime Story, The Soul Man, 9-1-1, and Never Have I Ever. Cocoa has appeared on the silver screen through performances in the films Ted 2, Tyler Perry's The Single Moms Club, Fruits of the Heart, and Lethal Procedures.
