Kenny Gonzalez, also known as Kenny Dope and K-Dope, is an American music producer and DJ who performs electronic dance music. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, United States, on July 6, 1970.
Kenny began his music career in 1985 when he formed the musical duo Masters at Work with Mike Delgado. He went on to release music with the production collective known as KAOS, but he began his solo career in 1990 with the release of his debut studio project Total Madness.
Kenny has had a successful DJ career, performing at numerous international music events including Beautiful People Festival, Suncébeat Festival, We Out Here Festival, Punta Cana Festival, BPM Costa Rica, Moga Festival, Southport Weekender Festival, and Nomads Festival. His discography includes the singles Copta, Sown Bwoy, Oh My Beatz, Que Pasa, See Gal, and the studio projects Balck Roots, House Brakes, and Money for Love. Kenny was featured on Alison Limerick’s album Club Classics alongside Frankie Knuckles, David Morales, Louie Vega, Dancing Divaz, and Paul Gotel.
