Will Packer was born on 11th April, 1974 in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States. He is a movie director, producer and founder of “Will Packer Productions” and “Will Packer Media”. Packer is known for “The Baxters”, “Girls Trip”, “Trois”, “Takers”, “Obsessed”, “Ambitions”, “Breaking In”, “Roots”, “Puff, Puff, Pass” and many more. At the Primetime Emmy Awards, he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Limited Series “Roots”. He won a Pioneer Award at the Black Film Critics Circle Awards, and was nominated twice for a Black Reel at the Black Reel Awards (Outstanding Motion Picture for “Girls Trip”, Best Independent Film for “Motives”), and won an Golden Orange Award at the Florida Film Critics Circle Awards for “Trois”.
