Anirudh Ravichander Bio
Anirudh Ravichander (born October 16, 1990), usually known as Anirudh, is an Indian music composer and performer who works predominantly in Tamil movies. Ravi Raghavendra, a prominent actor, is his father. He has two Filmfare Awards, nine SIIMA Awards, six Edison Awards, and five Vijay Awards to his credit. The debut song of Anirudh Ravichander, "Why This Kolaveri Di," composed for the 2012 film 3, became popular around the world and has over 200 million views on YouTube. He was signed by A.R. Murugadoss composed the music for Kaththi (2014), starring Eclipse superstar Thalapathy Vijay, which featured the viral hit "Selfie Pulla."
