Dejounte Murray Bio
Dejounte Murray, born as Dejounte Dashaun Murray, is an American professional basketball player who was born on September 19, 1996, in Seattle, Washington. He began his career while he was in high school when he played for the Rainier Beach team in Seattle, a team in which a few popular basketball players started, such as Jamal Crawford, Terrence Williams, Kevin Porter Jr., among others. During this time, he was named Washington Mr. Basketball by the Washington Interscholastic Basketball Coaches Association, and as The Seattle Times State Player of the Year. In college, he played for the University of Washington’s team, the Washington Huskies. In 2016, he was announced for the NBA draft. Murray was selected a few months later by the San Antonio Spurs, which is the team he plays for up until this day.
