Isabella Boylston Bio
Hildur Isabella Boylston is an American ballet dancer who is one of the highest-ranked ballet dancers with American Ballet Theatre. She was born in Sun Valley, Idaho, United States, on October 13, 1986. At the age of twelve, Isabella began studying and practicing ballet at Boulder Ballet. She then studied at the Academy of Colorado Ballet where she won gold at the 2001 Youth America Grand Prix Finals in New York City. She has had numerous lead roles as a ballet dancer including Kitri in Don Quixote, Nikiya in La Bayadère, and Columbine in Harlequinade. Her career highlights include a Clive Barnes Award, a Princess Grace Award, the 2014 Annenberg Fellowship, and a nomination for Prix Benois de la Danse. Isabella serves as the founding artistic director of Ballet Sun Valley.
