Isabela Cristina Correira, popularly known by her stage name IZA, is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, and dancer who was born on September 3, 1990, in Olaria, Rio de Janeiro. She jumped to fame in 2014 when she created her YouTube channel and started uploading covers. Her first one was Beyonce’s song “Flawless”, and the video reached over 2.4 million reproductions. After years dedicated to creating cover videos, she finally signed with Warner Music Brazil in 2016 and released her first singles the following year. That same year she released the single "Pesadão'' featuring Marcelo Falcão, which has over 346 million reproductions on YouTube. She published her first album in 2018 and was titled “Dona de Mim”, which was nominated at the Latin Grammy Awards. She is one of the most famous Brazilian singers and has over 3.2 monthly listeners on Spotify.
