Jade Starling is an American songwriter and singer, best known for being the co-founder alongside Whey Cooler and lead vocalist of the 1980s dance band Pretty Poison. She was born on the 19th of January, 1960, in Camden, New Jersey, U.S. The first time the band entered the Billboard Chart was in 1984, with their single “Nighttime” which reached number 14 on the U.S. Hot Dance Club Party. They had several more hit singles during the 1980s, like “Catch Me (I’m Falling)”, which was featured in the movie “Hiding Out” by Jon Cryer, and “Let Freedom Ring”. Her band, Pretty Poison, has released 5 albums, and over 15 singles through their career.
