Aline Kistenmacker Barros dos Santos (who’s known in the music world as Aline Barros) is a Brazilian gospel singer and songwriter who was born on October 7th 1976 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Aline rose to fame as she won numerous awards for her work which her five Latin Grammy Awards and a Dove Award feature prominently. She was the first Brazilian gospel singer to receive a Grammy Latino in the Best Album for the Christian music category. Her 2005 CD was nominated for the Grammy Latino in the same category. Her autobiography Fe e Paixao was released in 2010. Some of her best-known albums include Fruto de amor (2003), Extraordinario amor de Deus (2011) and Graça (2013).
