Benson Boone Bio
Benson Boone is a multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter from the United States.
Attending a Jon Bellion concert provided early musical inspiration for Boone, prompting him to take singing seriously.
He started posting singing videos to TikTok and auditioned for American Idol season 19 on the recommendation of a friend in early 2021. Though he was invited to proceed to the show's Hollywood week, he was not there when the episodes aired that March, as Boone resigned from the show to pursue other opportunities.
In preparation of the release of his first single, Boone began uploading snippets of his original music on TikTok, where he gathered 1.7 million fans. Imagine Dragons vocalist Dan Reynolds signed Boone to his record label Night Street Records in collaboration with Warner.
