Henry Cejudo Bio
Henry Carlos Cejudo (born February 9, 1987) is an American freestyle wrestler and former professional mixed martial artist.
He is a former Flyweight and Bantamweight Champion of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He is the fourth UFC fighter to simultaneously hold belts in two weight classes, and the second to defend crowns in two weight divisions.
He is the only individual to have won an Olympic gold medal as well as a UFC championship. Due to his performances in MMA and freestyle wrestling, he is regarded as one of the greatest combat athletes of all time.
Cejudo successfully defended his UFC bantamweight title by TKO in the second round over Dominick Cruz on May 9, 2020. After the fight, he announced his retirement from professional combat.
