Hezekiah Walker was born on 24th December 1962 in Brooklyn, New York. He is a Grammy Award-winning gospel musician, founder, and choir leader. He is also the Pastor and Bishop of the Love Fellowship Tabernacle. Walker began his songwriting career at age of 20 by forming his first choir group, the Love Fellowship Crusade Choir. He released the first song, “I’ll Make It,” in 1987, followed by “Oh Lord We Praise You” in 1990 on the Sweet Rain label.
In 1992, he released “Focus on Glory,” the first of many recordings listed in Top Ten Billboard gospel recordings. Walker continued to release albums of live church recordings, including Grammy-winning tracks such as Live in Atlanta at Morehouse College in 1994 and Love is Live! In 2001. Walker remains a popular gospel singer in the United States and all over the world.
