Jota Quest Bio
Jota Quest is a Brazilian band that was formed in 1993 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The founding members of the band include Rogerio Flausino (vocals), Marco Tulio (guitar), Marcio Buzelin (keyboards), Paulo Roberto Diniz Jr. aka PJ (bass) and Paulinho Fonseca (drums). The band was once hired by Sony to promote their work opening for Skank and other bands. Their debut album J. Quest appeared in 1996 featuring national hit singles As Dores do Mundo and Encontrar Alguém. Their sophomore effort De Volta ao Planeta appeared in 1998 featuring another viral single Facil. They released the popular single Oxigenio in 2000. Their other singles include Mandou bem (2013), Blecaute (2015), Um dia pra nao se esquecer (2016) and Guerra e paz (2020).
