Ricardo Arjona Bio
Edgar Ricardo Arjona Morales (who’s popularly known as just Ricardo Arjona) is a Guatemalan singer and songwriter who was born on January 19th 1964 in Jocotenango, Sacatepequez, Guatemala. He was born and raised in Guatemala.
Ricardo is well known as one of the most successful Latin American artists of all time who has sold over twenty million albums worldwide. Earlier in his youth he played basketball and was part of the Guatemala national team in the 1980s. Galleria Caribe (2001) was one of his four albums to top the Billboard Latin Album charts. He has also sung with Marc Anthony on the salsa version of Historia de Taxi. Some of his well known singles include El amor (2011), Fuiste tu (2011), Te quiero (2011) and Si tu no existieras (2012).
