American child actress Lia McHugh was born on November 18, 2005, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In the 2016 television series A Haunting, she made her acting debut. Then, in 2018, she starred in Along Came the Devil, and in 2019, she made an appearance at Comic Con, which brought her international attention. She was highlighted in the Glamour Fame magazine, where it was revealed that she would become the Marvel movies' youngest actor to play a superhero in 2019. The Marvel movie The Eternals gave Lia the role of Sprite, for which she is best known. She is also well known for playing Ashley in the 2017 movie Totem and for appearing in a number of other horror-themed movies and television programs. She additionally attended Comic Con in July 2019 to promote The Eternals alongside Salma Hayek, Angelina Jolie, and Kumail Nanjiani.
