Pip Blom Bio
Pip Blom is an Amsterdam-based Dutch indie-rock singer, songwriter, and guitarist born in 1996. In 2016 she released some home-made singles like “Hours” and “Truth”, and subsequently gained a small following. Shortly after, Blom decided to take the project a little further and formed an eponymous quartet with her brother and guitarist Tender Blom, bassist Casper van der Lans, and drummer Gini Cameron. The band’s single debut “I Think I'm In Love” earned them some public attention and the following year they toured Europe with The Breeders. In 2018 they also released their first EP, titled “Paycheck”. After signing with Heavenly Records, they started working on their debut LP “Boat”, supported by producer Dave McCracken (Florence and the Machine, Depeche Mode). “Boat” went out in 2019.
