Sanya Malhotra is an Indian actress, who was born on February 25, 1992, in the city of Delhi, India. She shot to fame after making her debut in the film “Dangal,” in 2016, in which she played the part of Babita Phogat. She spent her childhood in Delhi, India, before making the move to Mumbai, India, in 2013. She was chosen for the part after competing against more than 10,000 other actresses. In order to prepare for her role as the wrestler Babita Phogat, she took part in training sessions with the wrestling legend Kripa Shankar Bishnoi. In the film "Dangal," she co-starred with the well-known actor Aamir Khan. Additionally, her fame extends on her social media account where she has a following of over 2.7 million people on Instagram.
