Marmozets Bio
Marmozets are a five-person English alternative rock band from Bingley, West Yorkshire. The current members are Becca Macintyre, Sam Macintyre, Jack Bottomley, Will Bottomley, and Josh Macintyre. While the band has been performing together since 2007, they released their first EP until 2011, and did not release a full-length album until 2014’s The Weird and Wonderful Marmozets. Marmozets have gained most of their fame playing festivals alongside such acts as The Used, Young Guns, and Funeral for a Friend. They have performed at Glastonbury Festival, Reading and Leeds, Slam Dunk Festival, Download Festival, 2000 Trees, and Y Not Festival. The band has received nominations for Best British Newcomer at the Kerrang! Awards in 2013, and earned the title of Best New UK band in Big Cheese magazine.
