Martin Ikin Bio
Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Martin Ikin is a famous DJ and music producer. He began his career in 1991 when he was only 17 years old. Over the last 20 years, he’s been releasing music on different labels under different names and now boasts a huge list of classics under his name. Apart from being a DJ, producer, and an internal engineer at different recording studios, Martin also took jazz piano classes and has played in various jazz groups. He still plays and teaches piano today.
In 2003, Martin started his own label named SOUL PURPOSE. Through his collaboration with top artists such as Juliet Roberts, Mary Pearce, Angie Brown, and Elisabeth Troy, SOUL PURPOSE has become a household name for quality music and has grown in popularity over the years. Some of Martin’s remixes include top names such as Mariah Carey, Dave Lee, and Clean Bandit, to name a few.
