Nargis Mohammed Fakhri is an American-Indian actress and model, popular for appearing in both American and Indian films. She was born on October 20, 1979, in Queens, New York where she started her career as a professional model, appearing on the second and third cycle of America’s Next Top Model. Her breakthrough as an actress came with the Hindi romantic film called Rockstar. The film was one of the top-grossing Hindi films of the year, with Nargis Fakhri receiving several nominations for Best Female Debut and a Filmfare nomination. Nargis Fakhri also appeared in the 2015 American comedy film Spy alongside some popular actors such as Melissa McCarthy, Jude Law, and Jason Statham, which earned her a nomination for MTV Movie Award for Best Fight.
