Nimrat Kaur Bio
Nimrat Kaur is an actress and model born on March 13, 1982, in Pilani, Rajasthan, India. Her appearance in music videos for Kumar Sanu's Tera Mera Pyar and Shreya Ghoshal's Yeh Kya Hua in 2004 launched her career. After that, she modeled for over 80 TV commercials and numerous print campaigns for several brands, including Asian Paints, ICICI, Videocon, Pantaloon, Samsung, Aircel, and Cadbury.
Nimrat made her acting debut in 2006 in One Night with the King (2006). Her Hindi film debut was in Anurag Kashyap-produced Peddlers in 2012. In 2009, she acted on stage alongside Sunil Shanbag in a musical at the Prithvi Theater Festival.
In 2014, she joined Homeland in the fourth season as ISI agent Tasneem Qureishi. She starred alongside Abhishek Bachchan and Yami Gautam in the 2022 Netflix Dasvi. Nimrat has worked with Akarsh Khurana and Manav Kaul. She has won four awards and has been nominated for eleven others, including Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama.
