Patrick Dougall is a content creator on YouTube who was born on August 31, 1992, in the United States. He launched his PatrickzFilms channel in May of 2008. Before he uploaded "Harry Potter Cruise Dancing" to his own personal channel, he was a member of a short-lived collaboration channel known as Not Quite Media.
