Tina Louise (who was born Tina Blacker) is an American actress and TV personality who was born on February 11th 1934 in New York City, New York, United States. She was born to Sylvia and Joseph Blacker who owned a candy store.
Tina rose to fame after she starred as Ginger on Gilligan’s Island where she starred with Jim Backus. She also starred in the 1958 film God’s Little Acre which earned a Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year. She was also known for her appearance on the 1962 TV series The Real McCoys.
