Bryan White Bio

Bryan White is a singer and songwriter born on February 17, 1974, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born to musician parents, White began playing music at a young age and played drums for his parents’ bands. Encouraged by his mother, White became a vocalist and learned how to write songs. White moved to Nashville after graduation, and soon he met Billy Joe Walker, Jr. and Kyle Lehning. The three began to work on White’s self-titled debut album, which was released in 1994. His first single that reached number one was titled Someone Else's Star and was released in 1995. White has released several more number-one singles, including So Much for Pretending and I’m Not Supposed to Love You Anymore. White has been honored with several awards, including CMA 1996 Horizon Award and Best New Touring Artist from the Country Music Association.
