Renato Júnior Luz Sanches ComM was born on 18th August, 1997 in Amadora, Portugal. He is a professional football player who plays as a midfielder for the Portugal National Team and the French club Lille. Sanches played with Águias da Musgueira before he turned pro. He made his professional debut in 2014 with Benfica's reserve team and after a year signed with Bayern Munich. In 2016, he broke Cristiano Ronaldo's record for the youngest Portuguese player to make a roaster for international competition and was named to the UEFA 2016 team. Some of his career highlights are winning the European Championship and the UEFA Nations League, and runner-up at the Audi Cup among many more.
