Caitlyn Price, better known by her nickname CeCe, is a social media celebrity born on April 1, 2009, in Bogalusa, LA. She began posting funny content online when she was three years old. She is helped by her mother, Daphne, who first created her Vine account, The CeCe Show, in 2012.
