The Veronicas Bio
The Veronicas are a pop punk outfit comprised of Australian identical twins Lisa and Jessica Origliasso. They released their debut full-length in 2005. Titled The Secret Life Of…, the album was a success in Australia, receiving generally positive reviews and being certified Platinum by AIRA within the year. Their second album, Hook Me Up, was released in 2007, and notable experimented with electronic dance sounds, and was both the best selling Australian album, and provided the best selling Australian single of that year. Their most recent album, which was self-titled, was released in 2014, returning to their pop rock sound and again going Platinum shortly after. They went on an extensive world tour the following year in promotion of the album.
