Robert Derwent Garth Forster (who’s popularly known as Robert Forster) is an Australian singer and songwriter who was born on June 29th 1957 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. He was born and raised in Brisbane.
Robert is famous for his work with his songwriting partner Grant McLennan as both co-founded The Go-Betweens in 1977. Some of Robert’s famous albums include Danger in the Past (1990), Calling From a Country Phone (1993), I Had a New York Girlfriend (1994), Warm Nights (1996), and The Evangelist (2008). His popular singles include Baby Stones/The Land That Time Forgot (1990), Drop (1993), 2541 (1994) and Let Your Light In, Babe (2008).
