Katrina Lenk Bio

Katrina Lenk is an actress and musician born on the 26th of November 1974 in Chicago, Illinois, United States. She is widely recognized for playing Dina in the musical “The Band’s Visit”. She won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical in 2018 for her role in the musical. Lenk started her acting career in 2000, playing the role of Gigi in the musical “Gigi” at the Theatre at the Center in Munster, Indiana. In the same year, she appeared in the musical “Proposals”. In 2001, she played Yitzhak in the rock musical “Hedwig and the Angy Inch” at the Broadway Theatre in Chicago.

Lenk made her film debut in 2003 with the film “The Acedia Thing”. She made her television debut in the same year with the sitcom “Will & Grace”. She went on to appear in the films “Space Daze” in 2005, “Crime Fiction” in 2007, “White Widow” in 2009, “Love on Tundra” in 2009, “Arthur and the Bunnies” in 2012, “One for My Baby” 2013, “FracKtured” in 2015, and “Love Is Blind” in 2019. Her other television credits include “Blacklist”, “According to Jim”, “Miss Teri”, “The Good Fight”, “Little Voice”, and “Ozak”.
