Luke Benward is an American actor and singer. He was born as Luke Aaron Benward on May 12, 1995, in Tennessee, U.S. His acting career started at age 10, when he got to play David Moore in the film “We Were Soldiers” in 2002. A few years later, in 2006, he got further recognition when he acted as Billy Forrester in the movie “How to Eat Fried Worms”, that earned him a Young Artist Award in the category of Best Young Ensemble in a Feature Film. He also played in the Disney movie “Minutemen” and in the movie “Dear John”. Alongside his acting career, Benward pursued a music career, and he released his first album in 2009, titled “Let Your Love Out”. In 2018, he appeared in the movies “Life of the Party” as Jack Strong, in “Dumplin’” as Bo Larson and in “Measure of a Man” as Pete Marino.
