Ryan Sessegnon is a professional football player who currently plays for the English Premier League club Tottenham as a left-back and winger. He cites inspiration from players like Gareth Bale and Luke Shaw. Born on 18th May 2000 in Roehampton, England, Ryan started his career with the Fulham football academy. He was promoted to the senior side by the then-manager Slavisa Jokanovic. In April 2018, he won the Championship Player of the Season, Apprentice of the Year. And Young Player of the Season.
In August 2019, he joined Tottenham Hotspur in a deal that would see him stay with the club for five years. His debut for the North London club was delayed due to injury. In October 2020, he was sent out on a season-long deal to Bundesliga club 1899 Hoffenheim. He was named Player of the Month for November following his outstanding performance. Ryan has played for the various youth levels of the England national team, but he’s yet to make a senior debut.
