Mark Sanchez Bio
Mark Travis John Sanchez was born on November 11, 1986 in Long Beach, California. He began his football career at the University of Southern California where he was the starting quarterback. He got himself into some legal problems in April of 2006, but on June 3, 2006, the Los Angeles County District Attorney announced that there would be no charges and Sanchez was reinstated to the team.
After finishing college, he was drafted by the New York Jets in the first round with the fifth overall selection in the 2009 NFL Draft. In March of 2014, Sanchez signed a one-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. In March 2016, Sanchez was traded to the Denver Broncos until September of that year when he signed a one-year contract with the Dallas Cowboys. In March of 2017, he signed a one-year contract with the Chicago Bears.
