The Faim Bio
The Faim is a band from Perth, Australia. The band was formed in 2014, and its current members include Josh Raven (singer), Stephen Beerkens (bass/keyboard), and Linden Marissen (drums). The band released its first EP, titled “Summer is a Curse,” in 2018. The band signed with BMG Rights Management and, in collaboration with Pete Wentz, released their first single, titled “Saints of the Sinners.” The band went on tour in March, performing 57 shows in seven different countries.
The band also performed in a wide range of prestigious events, including Download Festival, The Great Escape, Slam Dunk Festival, and Liverpool Sound City. Their single “Summer is a Curse” charted at number 12 on the German radio charts. In 2019, they announced their world tour named “State of Mind,” which included performances in the UK, Australia, and Europe. The band released their third album, “State of Mind,” in September 2019.
