Origin Bio
Hailing from Topeka, Kansas, United States, Origin is an American band that performs technical death metal music. The makeup of the band has changed throughout the years, but it currently consists of Jason Keyser on lead vocals, Paul Ryan on vocals and guitar, Mike Flores on bass guitar, and John Longstreth on drums.
Origin was formed in 1997, and in 2000, they released their debut studio project Origin. Their discography includes the singles Expulsion of Fury, The Aftermath, Infinitesimal to the Infinite, Finite, Saligia, Swarm, and the albums Informis Infinitas Inhumanitas, Echoes of Decimation, and Unparalleled Universe. Origin’s music was featured in the album Metal Hymns, Vol. 12 alongside fellow musical artists Lost Society, Agnostic Front, and Hypocrisy.
