Humanity’s Last Breath Bio

Humanity's Last Breath is a band from Helsingborg, Sweden. The band was formed in 2009 and its members include drummer/guitarist/bassist Buster Odeholm, vocalist Filip Danielsson, guitarist Calle Thomer, and drummer Marcus Rosell. They released their debut EP “Reanimated by Hate” in 2010. The following year, they issued their sophomore EP “Structures Collapse”. Their debut album “Humanity’s Last Breath” arrived in 2013. The album combined elements of djent influences and progressive death metal.

In 2016, Odeholm had to release the band’s new EP “Detestor” as the only member when Bengtsson, Hultqvist, and Nilsson left. That same year, Marcus Rossell, Calle Thomer, and Fillip Danielsson joined the band. In 2019, they released a new album, titled “Abyssal”. Two years later, they issued a new album, titled “Valde” via the Unique Leader Records. Their first three EPs and debut album were self-released.
