Melvin Holland Jr., widely known as Cinco Holland, is a fitness model and reality show star born on December 3, 1995, in Ashburn, Virginia, USA. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and a postgraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University. He was a college football athlete for the Minnesota Golden Gophers and the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.
Cinco was an islander on the third season of Love Island USA in 2021. He entered the show on Day 1 and left on Day 25.
