Angela Rummans Bio
Angela Rummans is an Instagram personality, fitness model, and reality TV star born on March 23, 1992, in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, USA. She won the USATF Region 3 Junior Olympic Track & Field Championship in high school. Angela has a degree from the University of South Carolina. She trained at the Olympic training center as a professional track-and-field athlete.
Angela gained prominence for participating in the 20th edition of Big Brother: USA. She was in the same season as Brett Robinson, Joseph Charles Mounduix, Haleigh Broucher, and Samantha Bledsoe. Ross Mathews interviewed her before she entered the Big Brother house.
Angela was a contestant on The Challenge: USA in 2022. She has published several books, including Unbothered: Break Down the Boulders Between You and Your True Potential (2019), Angela's Plant-Based Kitchen: 100+ Plant-Based Recipes (2020), and Angela's Plant-Based Kitchen Volume 2: 100+ Seasonal Plant-Based Recipes (2021).
