Allie X Bio
Allie X is a singer, composer, and visual artist from Canada. She was born Alexandra Ashley Hughes in Toronto on July 31, 1985. Is in that very city where she started her career as an indie-pop artist by the mid-200’s, playing with local bands, and writing and recording auto-edited albums. In 2013, she decided to move to L.A. in order to work with Cirkut and Billboard. Is in that year where she succeeded with her first single “Catch”, released with the name Allie X. This record reached the 55th position in the Canadian Hot 100. By calling the single “My Spring Marmalade”, Katy Perry helped her to get more famous. She released one EP in 2015 and two studio albums in 2017 and 2018.
