Enner Valencia is a professional football player who currently plays for the Portuguese football club Internacional and the Ecuadorian national team as a forward. Born on 4th November 1989 in Esmeraldas, Ecuador, Valencia started his career in 2005 with the Caribe Junior youth academy before joining Emelec Academy in 2008. He made his senior debut for Emelec in 2010. Three years later, he joined the Liga MX club Pachuca on a five-year deal.
2014 he joined Premier League side West Ham United on a five-year deal. He made his debut for the London club on 16th August 2014 in a defeat to Tottenham Hotspur. He replaced Carlton Cole in the 81st minute. In August 2016, he joined Everton on a season-long deal with an option to buy. In July 2017, je joined Tigres UANL. After one season with the Mexican club, he joined Fenerbahce until June 2023, when he signed with SC Internacional. He has so far made 79 appearances for the Ecuadorian national team.
