Isaac Carew Bio
Isaac Carew was born on 24th March, 1986 in London, England. He is a British chef and model. Carew went to culinary school for two years and got his big break in 2007 when he worked alongside Chef Angela Hartnett at The Connaught and the Cielo. In 2008, he was approached to become a model and he collaborated with designer brands like Hermes, Moschino, and Valentino. But, in 2016 he decided to go back to his culinary roots and launched a website dedicated to easy, delicious meals called “The Dirty Dishes”. In the culinary world he has collaborated with well-known brands like Moet, food festivals “Big Festival” and “The Taste of London”. In 2018 and 2019 he collaborated with Chef Francesco Mazzei in a series of pop-ups in Mazzei’s restaurants. He has also appeared on Channel 4’s primetime show: “Tried and Tested: Ultimate Shopping List” and a number of live cooking segments of “This Morning”.
