Que9 was born Quarrion Philips on September 28, 2003 on Detroit, Michigan. He went viral when he was 12 because of the #QueSplashChallenge. He joined the I Wanna See You Dance tour and he also performed at the 2015 Summer Jam.
He won Before They Were Stars in Detroit in 2011 and 2013. He debuted in the last half of 2015 with the single “2 Flesh 2 Fly” which was produced by Antt Beatz. He released his hit track “Splash” in 2016. He released the EP Epidemic in the same year. In 2017 he released Epidemic-Reloaded which included the tracks “Buzzin” featuring Lil Poopy, and the hit tracks Splash and “2 Flesh 2 Fly.”
In 2018, he dropped another EP, Sophomore, which had six tracks including “Don’t Know Her Name” featuring justdoitbrisk.
