Mandisa Radebe, widely known as DBN Gogo, is a DJ and music producer born in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. She has a law degree from the University of Pretoria. DBN Gogo appeared on Channel O's Lockdown House Party in April 2020. She released her debut single, Khuza Gogo, on March 19, 2021. The single featured Mpura, Ama Avenger, and M.J. It was certified platinum in South Africa.
DBN Gogo released a collaborative EP, Thokoza Café, with DJ Dinho in August 2021. She became the first South African to join the Global Equal Programme by Spotify in October 2021. She has hosted Boiler Room x Ballantine’s True Music Studios.
DBN Gogo established her record label, Zikode Records, in February 2022, in partnership with Universal Music Group. She appeared on the Spotify Africa Radar program in March 2022. DBN Gogo headlined Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April 2022. She recorded the songs Love & Loyalty (Believe) and Jele for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever – Music From and Inspired By.
